Steven and his UK team (Lee and Jane) at Heller Immigration Law were outstanding in their support with my process for US residency. Covid-19 meant that embassy's were closed at times and the process took longer than expected. However, when they opened back up, Steven was able to use his knowledge to expedite our process. Everything was explained concisely and covered in detail, Lee and Jane were always a phone call away, available to ask for advise or to check on the status of my application. I will be back in a few years for my citizenship application!

Steven Heller took on my complex case (K1 visa with wavier needed). From the start he was honest with how long it might take and what was needed from me to able to get this. Steven and his team of paralegals (Antonina and Jane) have spent the past few years looking after me and my fiancé. It has been a long journey getting over a few obstacle's that we encountered. My wavier got approved in Nov 2021 and my Visa was then approved in Jan 2022. I can not thank Steven and his team enough for being so professional and responsive and kind to me and my fiancé. I cannot express enough how much I recommend Steven and his team. Having previously been down this road unsuccessfully with a different immigration lawyer, we have just been approved for a visa to move to the USA. Steven was upfront with the costs, upfront with our chances and I cannot fault the professionalism of this group of people. I needed a waiver of inadmissibility for my visa to be approved. If you find yourself in a similar position my advise to you is to be totally honest and open in everything, respond timely to anything they need from you, be pro-active and chase things up (its your application) if you need to. Most of all accept that they will do everything they can to help with your application but at the end of the day it is not them that decide the outcome.
