*Edit* finally recieved it after i told them it was too late now. They claimed it was an 'error' Charged me for 'Express' delivery and apparently forgot to send it then didn't reply again. PayPal refunded I have given them 2 days to confirm collection or it will go to the local food bank as I no longer need them..too late !!

Poor customer service! The order arrived damaged and delayed. Frozen items were defrosted because of the delay and a few items were damaged. Tried to call them but they were avoiding my calls.

Placed an order 4 days prior to delivery - I was then advised that on the day my item would be delivered between 11-12 that day - I then received a call to advise that my product wasn’t available. They took my money for 4 days and then decided that eventually the product went out of stock - this isn’t the first time this has happened - they bank your money, take interest and then refund eventually - very unreliable
