2023: Hellards were great when I bought my home in 2019 so they were they obvious people to go to when I decided to downsize and sell my house. It was a tough market but thanks to the efforts of Viv and the whole sales team we were successful in finding a buyer. The exchange of contracts and completion turned out to be more complicated than we had expected but Liane put a huge amount of work into it for at least 2 weeks and finally managed to resolve all the issues. A big thank you to Liane, Viv, Gordon and everyone involved. You did a fabulous job. 2019: Hellards were the agents when I bought my home in Alresford. The whole team was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Rebecca was amazing at showing the house and promoting the community, which helped me to make up my mind, and Liane was always there to answer questions and sort out issues once the process began. Everything from start to finish went very smoothly. Thank you to everyone who was involved.
