As a Young person I like to learn new things. I recently called heli speed for to ask a few questions. The Person I was speaking to was Jeff, I asked about training and costs etc etc and I was met with abusive shouting, degrading comments about me as a young person and threats about how he could hang the phone up on me and he could do things and how he is more experienced in life and all that. I just hung up on the guy from all the abuse. By the looks of their website Jeff is an older guy who clearly has no respect for the younger generation. If I could rate this place -10 stars I would. It’s disgusting attitude towards possible customers or clients and I think they should reevaluate Jeff’s position to take calls. All I ask is for the same respect I give others surely that’s not much to ask for :/
