    I loved doing my colour analysis with Helen! She made me feel right at home and took the time to walk me through everything in detail. She started by identifying my colour family (deep warm) and then went through all 36 colours in that family to pick which ones specifically look best on me. It is hard to separate what you like vs. what looks good on you, but once I saw how my colours brought out my features it all made sense. I would definitely recommend seeing Helen, it was an informative and fun experience and I'll be using this knowledge of my colours for years to come.

    Thank you for your generosity of time, sensitivity, and down to earth approach Helen. I really appreciated the meet up prior to M’s session for you to establish the best way forward which happened to be: foregoing the usual studio experience for a relaxed chat over hot chocolate in a cafe, swiftly followed by clothes shopping. This was perfect for a person with Autism who understands things visually and differently to neurotypical folk. The ‘homework’ you did enabled me to buy some items in advance and the Pinterest board you sent afterwards gave some fantastic prompts and reminders of styles. Not only did M really enjoy exploring and learning about the styles which work best, it was an age appropriate, educational and enjoyable experience. Plus we came home with some fantastic outfits for everyday and for Christmas
