Had a lovely experience at Helen’s. Came for a wash, cut, and blow dry. Helen gave me a lovely scalp massage and I’m very happy with my haircut. She gave me exactly what I asked for. Bonus - everything is reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be back

After my 1st experience I should have known not to go back! They made me wait an hour before helping me first time round despite having an appointment but I decided to give them another chance. As i was going on holiday on my 2nd visit, I booked a treatment. Just know that if you are booking a hair treatment, it does not include a blow dry or styling option which is NOT stated on the booking site, they will 'try to squeeze you in' to do a blow dry after the treatment and make you wait 2+ hours with NO explanation or apology, just a bad attitude. Once bitten, twice shy. This is not how to conduct business, seems they only favour those they have long standing relationships with and no regard for new clients 👎👎👎 only book here if you don't value your time and you want to waste money, the treatment and blow dries were below standard Service: Hairstyling

Visited Helen’s for the first time last week and I can’t fault the salon! I had Helen doing a full head of highlights and a haircut/restyle, she is is an amazing stylist and I will definitely be returning again as I don’t think my hair has ever looked this good. Helen was extremely and understanding, even after my haircut was finished I changed my mind and wanted more layers cut in, she put the extra time in to accommodate me and re-curled my hair a second time for the finishing photo. 5 star service, also received product recommendations and had a lovely chat throughout. I went to Helen’s hair-salon to get my highlights done for the first time. Helen was very accommodating and friendly, offering me a cup of tea as soon as I arrived for my appointment. The whole experience made me feel very at ease and well looked after as a customer. I am extremely impressed by the service here and I will be returning in future. Highly recommend!
