I had been recommended acupuncture for fertility & anxiety by a few friends following a number of miscarriages & difficulties with conceiving my second child, so I found Helen via the Harmony Centre near Halesworth. I started working with her at the end of January 2023 and saw her weekly up untill May. She was thorough and conscientious in her approach and I really enjoyed our sessions both from an acupuncture but also from a sounding board perspective! I am pleased to say that I fell pregnant in April completely naturally having thought we were going to need to go down the IVF route. I kept the acupuncture sessions going untill my 12 weeks scan and the pregnancy is progressing absolutely as it should be. I would highly recommend Helen for fertility/anxiety specific acupuncture!

Helen treated me for back, neck and shoulder pain for a couple of months. After previously visiting a chiropractor and physiotherapist I had finally found a treatment that worked and I was able to notice a difference almost immediately. I first went to see Helen for acupuncture when my Husband and I were going through IVF-ICSI back in January 2017. I had read online that Helen specialised in fertility acupuncture so did not hesitate in booking an appointment. Helen worked wonders, she was ever so professional and accommodating to appointments I needed. I saw Helen for about 4 weeks whilst undergoing the IVF-ICSI treatment and when it was time to do my pregnancy test in February 2017 my test came out positive, I was pregnant! I do believe that the acupuncture I received from Helen helped alongside the IVF-ICSI. She knew exactly which parts of my body to treat, and I feel as though it all helped relax me and channel my energy correctly. I would highly recommend Helen to any of my family and friends.

Helen is a very kind and caring person as well as extremely professional. She helped me to look at my condition as a whole and to establish the triggers through looking at my lifestyle and diet.
