Helen supported and guided me through a difficult pregnancy. I had reflexology which eased the many migraines I was having and made them more bearable. Helen always went above and beyond , offering guidance around hypnobirthing, giving suggestions to make pregnancy that bit easier etc. The setting where the treatment took place was like a sanctuary. It is clear that she cares so much about her clients and is incredibly passionate about the work she does. If you are seeking hyponobirthing services, reflexology or massages in pregnancy you really don’t need to look any further- you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for everything you did for me Helen.

I’ve used Helen for both Reflexology and for hypno birthing. I would highly recommend her for both. As a reflexologist she is very in tune and knowledgeable with how the body is connected. As first time parents we used helen to take us through a programme of hypno birthing. As a prior midwife she was able to answer all our daft questions and was happy to give us all the time and space we needed to get our heads in the best space possible to be ready for birth.

I used Helen for hypnobirthing sessions when I was pregnant with my second child. I had PTSD from my first birth and was terrified to give birth again. But from the beginning, with Helen’s incredible knowledge of statistics, studies, midwifery and hypnobirthing in one, I was put at ease and was taught how to overcome these anxieties. I went on to have the most wonderful, calm and euphoric birth with my second and I honestly believe that without Helen’s support (throughout), it would not have been so brilliant. I am forever grateful and recommend her everywhere I go!
