Lived here for 2 years. Hostel staff are very helpful if you are willing to accept the help offered. Being here helped me get out of a bad lifestyle and domestic violence. I now have a one bedroom flat and the correct support thanks to Taz my support worker. The rooms aren't great, but it's better than shared housing where you are at risk of a lot without staff to help. The flats in the building are nicer than rooms. It's all females. As a hostel it's the cleanest, and support does as much as you will let them, if you are halfhearted about something there's no pressure. As long as you're not affecting others with your personal issues you won't be kicked out. They won't stand for bad behaviour I wouldn't be in this position if it wasn't for the staff being good at their job. Don't expect effort if you don't make it first, or show you are trying to sort out your problems.
