    I don't quite understand this why was I rejected with landlord (according to agency) as the property remains on the market and still no one has rented it, I offered to rent it asap, I've got everything needed, in the ad it doesn't say it is STRICTLY for single person to rent? Even if it was, then why waste time? I wouldn't consider it in first place (I have wasted time as waiting for landlord to decide if "accepts" my offer, so unable to place holding deposit to secure it for myself(even if no one has placed it, so is it already known who will it be for?) calling every day to hear, I will be called back (no one ever called me back) every time I need to call to find out "it is too small for me" (how could you know?) actually unable to secure anything within budget, if I knew wouldn't waste time.)

    IF YOU ARE A TENANT STAY CLEAR OF HELEN BREEZE!! Please read all of the below terrible reviews of Helen breeze written by tenants they are completely correct! The only good reviews are landlords because this company completely favours landlords while tenants are victimised!! My husband and I have rented a flat through Helen breeze for the past 11months and were told we were being evicted because the landlord couldn’t afford to keep the property therefore we were told to vacate with hardly any notice but this wasn’t the real shock that came with the so called “inventory” they do. We have rented many properties in the past and never had a problem receiving our entire deposit back however this inventory done by Helen breeze is the most ridiculous thing we have ever seen!! They clearly want to ensure landlords keep all the tenants deposit which is disgusting especially in these tough times every penny counts. We are trying our best to argue the level of unfairness however Helen breeze are just shocking with communication avoiding everything especially the manager Mark. Please please avoid this company!! Do not rent through them you will loose all your money and have so much stress!!

    I rented a property of Helen breeze for 3 years, the customer services was not the best but the property was nice so I put up with it After paying £52k in rent they tried to keep my deposit after I left, I had issues with the boiler throughout the tenancy and tried to blame it on tenant neglect !!! This company is every thing that is wrong with letting agents, incompetent, rude and above all they are liars Hilary and Sam who I dealt with personally are the worst Avoid this company at all costs
