Terrible food and the WORST customer service! After being seated to our table we waited approximately 15 minutes for the menus to be served and table to be cleaned in a restaurant that was only a quarter full. Once we ordered our food we waited a further 45 minutes for the starter to be served, and another 30minutes for them to serve stale bread. Also when the waitress delivered the mains which were wrong she continued to debate with us on how she was right and we were wrong, and proceeded to defend the cold meat main that was served and the stale bread! I have never left a bad review for a restaurant as I appreciate that this is someone’s livelihood and the detrimental effect bad reviews may have, but having experienced the worst customer service ever and felt robbed of £56.50 we paid I could not allow someone to go through the same experience. I hope the restaurant manager takes the above feedback into consideration as we had visited this restaurant as my mother had a good past experience in a breakfast buffet they used to offer.
