  Job has been left incomplete, waste not taken away, they've even left their scaffolding in my garage. Zero communication, appalling timelines and very expensive. Unreliable!

  Following a previous unprofessional experience with this company I was mortified my insurance provider nominated them again to carry out repair work following a flood in the kitchen, my heart sank as the words hit me “ Heightvale” will be the provider for this service, I was speechless, please no, I thought as the memories all came back, but I needed to agree I had much more serious issues to contend with and I thought right ok second chances and all that so agreed, big big mistake. May 2023 first bank holiday, admin agreed builder would attend to remove kitchen units, I did question it being bank holiday but I was told no it’s fine we are open for business as we are very busy, fair enough, agreed. I wasn’t given a visit time, nor a window to make sure we are home, so…….kitchen units emptied into my dining room, waited, waited, all day and guess what, no one attended, here we go again I thought. A precious family bank holiday wasted without any communication or contact, shocking. Tuesday morning I was on the telephone at 8am to the office and spoke with a lovely lady and furnished her with all the above, i became a little upset at one stage because I really didn’t need this, she was empathetic and seemed to grasp my frustrations, said she vowed to investigate, speak to the right people, and would get back to as soon as, guess what…. Nothing. So I left it I havent got the energy to deal with this again. Few days later I received a txt message, yes a txt message, informing Heightvale would attend the 2nd bank holiday for strip out works ( what does that mean) this was followed up by a telephone call perhaps because i hadn’t confirmed this would be ok. The young girl that rang reiterated the txt to me and I asked what assurance’s she could give me that this won’t be a mirror image of last week, I will wrap them on the knuckles if they don’t t attend , hardly gave me confidence but I agreed, we wait and see. 2nd bank holiday arrives, I’m up early emptying kitchen units AGAIN and now we wait. Nice chap arrived about 9ish nice to see, get the work done and we can perhaps enjoy this day. I will be as brief as I can now as I’m losing the will writing this. As soon as he walked into the kitchen he told me they had sent one of the kitchen units in the wrong size and so he couldn’t complete the work WHAT !!!! Unbelievable I’m also here to rip out the laminate flooring which goes the full length of the house and to be fair to him he was wondering why small pieces of furniture, odds and sods hadn’t been moved, understandably so. Well I hadn’t been briefed as to what was being done today other than that ridiculous txt message I received, how am I meant to understand that. More importantly I would have made a provision for poorly hubby to be somewhere more comfortable .No work again carried out and back I go moving My insurance company will be informed today this company will not allowed back at property ..

  We have recently used Heightvale's services following an extensive flood the week before Christmas 2022. We have had updates throughout the process, which was very helpful. Having taken away 5 pieces of furniture, we had them returned on Friday 10th March, even battling through snow to get to us. We are delighted with the results and clearly, they take pride in their work. Every member of staff has has been good to deal with, but especially Stephanie, who was both helpful and professional and went the extra mile and restored our faith in customer service.   Heightvale have been great from start to finish both with emptying our home after a fire and boxing everything up to delivering back on our return, the communication with the representatives was awesome I would recommend with a five star review

  My insurance company employed Heightvale to carry out repair work on my kitchen after a leak. I'm very pleased with the repairs. All the staff I had dealings with were professional and courteous and the tradesmen who carried out the work were friendly and informative and did a great job in clearing away when they finished work. I would definitely recommend this company. Special thanks to Michael Curtis and Chris for a job well done.

  I had a really bad experience with this company. When we had a pipe leak, my insurance company referred them to carry out the work. They seemed good to start with but when the work wasn’t satisfactory they didn’t admit they were wrong and I’ve been fighting my case for nearly 3 years. Now I have received the money for the work so I can use someone else. They are definitely not flooring specialists , so do not use them. They don’t admit they are wrong and instead keep sending out different tradesman who are worse as each other. They sure don’t know what they are doing.

  Thank you to the lads who have completed a great job on my two bathrooms and 3 rooms downstairs. Full communication given to us on every stage of work from Tom who was very organised, which gave us full assurance on things at the time . When the work was then finished all the costings and paperwork then dealt with from the lovely Leanne. Thank you team and well done. x

  Great company, looked after my property after a house fire and can’t thank them enough. The lads who came were kind and professional which made the whole situation more bearable. I hope I never need them again but if I do I know I will get A1 service again. Thanks
