Heidi Air Conditioning were simply brilliant. Home visit to advise on the best set up of the AC was very informative allowing me to make informed decisions on what we wanted without trying to upsell me on things that weren't needed. Guys work tireless to get the installation in before the heatwave and did a great run through all the equipment and we haven't had any additional questions since. They even opened a shop for us on a Saturday so we can see the units before making the final decision. All work was done with little interruption to our day and to the highest of standard. They flexed the timings of the noisy tasks to allow me to continue with business calls for work. Simply can't recommend them enough! Service: Install AC

We have used Heidi Air Conditioning for both air-con installation, and air source heat pump servicing. We had our air con installed in April 2021 by Joel and Jack. We had it installed in 6 rooms, and it took a week. The whole process from initial survey to completion was absolutely great! Michael based in the office carried out the survey, explained exactly what would happen, and what we could expect, and was always quick to reply to any queries or changes to the brief. Joel and Jack were some of the nicest, neatest, helpful and personable guys that we have had working in our homes over the years - Joel in particular is a mine of information and obviously knows his stuff! They units worked like a dream during the summer - it is definitely one of the best things we have ever invested in! We had just moved into a new build the summer before, and while the modern insulation is fantastic in the winter, it really does need air con for the summer months, especially with lots of bifold doors and a roof lantern in our south-facing family room/kitchen where we spend most of our time! We had Daikin units installed, and they made our hot summer actually enjoyable, especially at night! Absolute bliss to go to bed and be able to sleep in 18 degrees, not 30! We were so impressed with Heidi, that they now service our air source heat pump system as well as our aircon - we trust them 100%, and have already recommended them to our neighbours. 10/10 and 5*****! From the outset when Jack came to do a site visit, right through to completion, the work was carried out with the utmost efficiency and attention to detail. I was asked on several occasions what my preference would be for siting both indoor and outdoor units and fully instructed in the use of the system.
