I have ordered a cake from here for my son moving away. And what can I say I am more than disappointed! What I have asked for I did not get. The writing which was supposed to icing around the cake was printed off which looked very cheap. As well as that two of the cake decorations was icing and yet the main centre piece was printed off and stuck on with a cocktail stick. I paid £140 for a cake I am not happy with and that tasted awful. All my family and friends were not pleased with the taste of the cake as well, stating that it was dry and flavourless. The customer service I received as well was shocking. To conclude I am utterly disgusted. Please do not waste your money. I feel like I have been scammed and I should not be sat here writing this but unfortunately this is what it has come to.

After being let down at the last minute by another Baker I contacted hedys bakery asking if they could help and today I collected my grandsons superwings birthday cake which is absolutely amazing the detail and requirements along with the expertise is absolutely brilliant my grandson and my family are completely made up and recommend 100 and 10 percent thank you so much the cake is "FANTASTIC" 💚
