Not great service, will not use again. Quoted £30 for copying 2 VHS tapes onto DVD (as they said they would probably fit on to about 2 discs at £15 each, hence £30). On going in to pick up the DVDs, I was told the bill is £60 - when I asked why (and I had to ask) I was told that it was actually 4 x discs at £15 each because there was a lot of video on the tapes and it took up more discs than anticipated? (I just wanted the tapes copying, I didn't specify how much was recorded onto them, nor did they ask). If I had been told in advance, or even when the shop called me to delay me picking them up, that it could be up to 4 discs (4 x£15) I wouldn't be so annoyed at been charged it, however, it is up to the shop to correctly estimate pricing before quoting a customer a price. No apology offered, they effectively said 'It's £60 or don't take them'. Not impressed.
