I ordered 10 bare root trees (5 different varieties) but instead they sent me 250 hawthorn bushes!! I've emailed customer service twice and no-one has responded, despite the automated e-mail saying that they will respond within 48 hours. If the company sees this, please cancel my order and refund me! UPDATE: I have now had an e-mail apologising and offering a refund. i have no problem with receiving the wrong order - accidents happen - but I am disappointed that you need to leave a bad review for any action to be taken.

Ordered some bare root Cherry Laurel and had no email confirmation. After they didn't arrive I rang to be promised delivery yesterday. Nothing arrived. Now have to wait until after bank holiday to phone again to try to get a refund as I'm sick of waiting. Poor to say the least.
