A well used station, cheap council owned car park. No facilities (no coffee, not even a Metro paper) as booking office only open on random basis. 1hr 40mins to London Waterloo, hourly service.

I rated this station 5 stars purely because of the staff member named Sheree( I think that's how it's spelt), she was so pleasent and helpful, which this day and age is a rarity.if more staff were like this, I'd be happy to catch the train more often.
