I called last Friday to ask for a price for a new cooker and fridge freezer for my aunty and the lady said she would get back to me with some prices. I then called again on Monday afternoon to see if they had found out the prices and I was told they would call me back. It is now Wednesday and I still haven't had a call back from you I have now ordered the appliances from another company in Bishops Waltham

I called before Christmas looking for advice about an integrated tumble-dryer and was told they would look into my enquiry and come back with some options which would be in the New Year. Absolutely fine. No phone call and so I contacted them again in case they'd take my number down wrong. I explained that I what I wanted and that I'd like to know where the bracket would be on the tumble dryer so that I could measure up this against the existing door. I was told they couldn't provide this information and asked me to call the supplier to find out. So much for trying to support local businesses. I'll take my business elsewhere.

They are as honest as the day is long. The heating element on the air drying process on our washer dryer stopped working some time ago so we hung our washing out. Now that winter is approaching we decided to get it fixed with concerns of an expensive repair. Now I don’t know what the engineer was doing and he could have charged me a lot. He didn’t, he found a small problem which he quickly fixed then just charged us the call out fee. Now you can’t get better than that. I recommend Hedge End Domestics to anybody. Service: Washer/dryer repair
