My partner and I first came to Heddon Street last year and had splurged on the infamous beef wellington. We were so blown away by the food & top service that we raved about it to family. They insisted we come again for our anniversary this week and wow….it’s insane what a difference a year makes. So many aspects of the experience have completely changed how we feel about the restaurant and we definitely won’t be coming back to this GR location. The Wellingtons that arrived were closer to rare than medium rare with some sections actually still blue. The mushroom pate was uneven on both- and the small end slices were only pate. The upsold appies left much to be desired and overall it was a very pricey bill for an underwhelming meal. But, the service of one server saved the experience. Saad took over service for our table from the appies onward and he was so kind & attentive. He always had a big smile and his shining personality really made the evening for us!! Out of all the servers we saw, he was the only one that didn’t look miserable to be there & he even arranged a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Thank you again from the Canadian plate stackers :)

The evening was absolutely incredible, set in the perfect location right in the heart of Mayfair. The ambiance was exceptional, the staff were highly skilled and attentive, and the cuisine was delectable. It was truly an unforgettable experience. We would like to express our gratitude to Alex for going above and beyond to make our evening extraordinary. Without a doubt, we will definitely be returning in the future.

Visited this industrial style restaurant for lunch. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Had the Gordon Ramsay G & T which came beautifully presented with a rose decoration. Followed by a huge fish and chips, enough for 2 people. A Beauty and the Beast experience!
