I had my first spa experience with my husband at the Heavenly Spa. We had an amazing time, the customer service was 5* from start to finish. Natasha and Antonio were very welcoming and professional, and made us feel incredibly relaxed. I'm 34 weeks pregnant, and Natasha took really good care of me, especially for my first time being at a Spa. I would definitely recommend, and can't wait for my next chance to go back! Thank you to all the staff at Heavenly Spa!

Not really a spa. Needs a clean. Massage OK but not 25mins. Would have liked the option for other treatments or extend the timing. Not very welcoming. We were left in a draughty hotel pool reception for ages before going upstairs.

I did the heavenly spa package for my mums 50th birthday, this included afternoon tea and a 60min treatment. My experience from start to finish was one of the best I’ve ever had. Staff were lovely, helpful and kind. They even kindly walk you to where you need to go and explain everything to you. The spa was rather quiet which was nice as we were wanting to have a peaceful experience. The facilities are excellent, modern, stunning and clean. I had a full body massage with Louise who was fab. I was made to feel really comfortable and relaxed, I was also asked questions to find out what would work best for me treatment wise. I’d love to visit here again but to stay next time. :)

Dear Heavenly Spa team, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for such an amazing experience from beginning to end. Every step of the way I was only met with convenience by the hotel and team. The spa was super lush and had everything you need from a spa. The people are super helpful and are very attendant to your needs. I was highly impressed by the service. My therapist Allura she was immaculate, and really knew what she was doing. I didn't know any other names however I must say that every staff member were helpful and genuinely lovely The whole time it very very nice and secluded allowing me to fully relax I know for sure I'll be back. This is my second time coming to this spa and again I had such an amazing experience! I had Amleto and by far that was the BEST massage I’ve ever had, he was very polite, he done everything I asked him to do as usually massages are quite painful for me however today was perfect. I will be back.. again! They have an amazing team, the supervisor Melissa was very lovely and made sure I very well looked after so thank you to the heavily spa team!
