Once I was invited into the showroom by Jon. It became clear to me this guy knows everything about hot tubs. Selection of our hot tub made. Jon paid a few visits to my Address to check over the site. Day of Delivery. I met "the team" And what a tight knit team they are. Everyone knew the role they had on the day, and went into action. First class service from the three of them, very professional service from Jon- Heather and ( the daughter) Anyone being fooled into thinking this young woman is just there to look good Is indeed a fool....This woman worked her socks off and answered every question I had with flair and full product knowledge. I cannot thank these people enough. A 10 / 10 Gold Star Service. As for recommending heavenly hot tubs to anyone....You dam well bet I will.

Fantastic service from start to installation. We bought a Viking holiday let tub after being given all the information from Jon his knowledge and advice was invaluable in our decision making. Fantastic tub at a great price and we looked at at least 4 other companies but Heavenly Hot Tubs definitely came out on top in every aspect. I highly recommend Heavenly Hot Tubs , you won’t be disappointed.

What can I say service was amazing from start to finish Heather and Elle went above and beyond not only with servicing the hot tub which looks fantastic but by giving us all the information about the up keep and even had extras we didn't know about in the van so we were able to purchase these without having to runaround looking for it the girls were so efficient but also friendly so we didn't feel stupid asking any questions we had as we are new to having a hot tub. Can't recommend enough and will definitely be using Heavenly Hot Tubs again
