I would not recommend this place, the owner DAL SINGH has had the company for more than 5 years , changing the name of the business as he has been in trouble for unfair business practises before , he is using a fake name now called Sean, the furniture looks good , but when you inspect the sofas for example the foam is second hand and cheap and the sofas have many issues that they will not sort out for you , I spent close to £2,000 for my sofa to have now a sofa that is not able to be used and the response i get ...... there was not one, dont buy from here they are scammy people

Extremely disgusting customer service . I called to ask for sizes they hung up . I asked via two different social media platforms and they blocked me to . Wanting to spend £1300 on a sofa to receive this kind of service. I would afford as it seems very dodgy and use a reputable company with great customer service who are willing to help.

Recently ordered a sofa with an arm chair from this fantastic Furniture shop. I have never visited the shop while ordering my sofa and just choose by a photo, the sale person Sean explained to me step by step everything about the product, he take the time to even go to the warehouse and checked the firms of the seats for me to make sure I am getting what I asked for. Very polite and professional all of the staff. Today I had my delivery and wow can't even describe how amazing and classy its look. THANK YOU SO MUCH NORTH WEST FURNITURE
