I appreciate that quality might suffer when food gets delivered rather than served at the table but I was truly taken aback when I opened my delivery. The slice of fudge cake was not only smaller than what I usually get served at the shop, but it looked like it had been half eaten or a piece was missing. When I called the restaurant they admitted that part of the cake crumbled when they were putting it in the box and they just tried to piece it back together and "there was nothing they could do" because it could also be that the driver mishandled the box. I honestly don't buy it. Why not take pride in your service and just cut another slice? They didn't offer a refund or replacement, just another slice if I order again. The cakes was also dry and the croffle tasted undercooked. Previous deliveries were OK and I'm usually happy with the food there. Today was a dissapointing episode.

Reasonable choice of deserts, though I do think their range of milkshakes isn't as good as I would like it to be.
