Worst customer experience I've ever had... If you are more asethetic over service, the by all means go for it. Visited to be told 20 minutes wait time for desserts, (understaffed on a weekend). Order took 20 mins+ to come with one item missing which took an hour for them to then bring it. No cutlery being provided on 3 occasions when they provided the desserts, left waiting around for someone to be available to provide it, by the time they did I was left with a puddle of gelato and wet croissant 🥐. Not great. Supervisor was helpful in trying to resolve issues when complaints raised but wouldn't be visiting again. Ashame as the drinks (pistachio shake) is actually nice

Went in for a friend's birthday. Can say without a doubt this has to be one of the best dessert places I have been to. Staff were incredibly friendly and well trained to ensure government guidlines are followed properly. The desserts were expertly prepared and delicious to say the least. This alongside the homely and luxorious environment I would visit repeatedly to try their various desserts and would highly recommend this place to everyone! Update: These desserts are just incredible. Hard to describe how tasty some of the new desserts since my last visit really are. Staff and service was fantastic again! Need to visit more often!

Ordered a peanut butter brownie and it was pretty sub standard- looked like a brownie that had been nuked in the microwave and just had some peanut butter sauce squirted on top with a dollop of gelato on the side. Defo not worth the £9 they charge. Did not taste that great. Staff were excellent but quality of dessert poor. Was extremely disappointed that they could not allow me to pray somewhere for 5 minutes 🤔 surely, they must have an office space or something???? Rated 2 star due to good service from staff. Would not go here again though. Not value for money and can’t do my prayers.

Two stars only because the service was excellent. However i was very disappointed in the desserts. My friends and i ordered a kunafa and it was by far the worst i’ve ever had! The the outside was nice and crunchy as expected, however the inside was hot but solid! Never had a kunafa that wasn’t melty in the middle and difficult to cut with a spoon. I was very tempted to ask the servers for a knife.

Went to Heavenly Desserts as an Eid treat with a friend. We arrived and were seated quickly, menus given and orders taken, no issues. My friend's Cookie Jar Sundae arrived in about 40 minutes, as the shop was very busy this was to be expected. It came in a tall container and he was given a short spoon, half way through the chocolate had melted over the biscuits and blocked the narrow container so he could not 'dig' any further. He had to ask the staff to remove it with a knife and put it into a bowl. A bit awkward, but it happens. I asked about my waffle, the waiter checked behind on the till, it had been completely missed out. Again things happen when it's busy, he said give me a few minutes and he'll make it. No problem, it happens. Several minutes later my Nutella Royale arrived, it was burnt and gave my tongue a bitter aftertaste. The waffle maker's temperature must have been increased or they again forgot about it and let it get over cooked. Went back to the till and was told they would make me a new one and had to wait another 10 minutes. By the time it arrived my friend had eaten all of his. As all these mistakes took so long I had to quickly eat my dessert, and could not enjoy it properly. To add to the wasted time, at the till we were told, that even though they had two card payment machines only one could be connected to the till at a time and would have to wait. Overall it took a ridiculously long time for not much enjoyment and wasted an entire plate of dessert in the process. After complaining online I got an apology and an offer of 2 free desserts.
