Ordered warm brownie, salted caramel and banana Sundae and asked the supervisor if the marshmallow was halal. I was told it wasn't. I asked for the marshmallows to be replaced with nuts. Few moments later the desert came which was half empty with few sprinkles of chopped nuts. I asked if they could replace with a small scoop of icecream but the supervisor said it would cost 2.90 for a additional scoop . I then asked if some more bananas could be added as the jar was half empty and again the supervisor refused. I asked for the manager to be called who came after 10 minutes and the icecream had already melted. He was polite and to my astonishment was told the marshmallows were halal. The experience was highly uncomfortable for a large organization to behave like this way. I'll be writing a complaint. The cost was 9.25 per Jar. I don't feel they take customer service seriously. Hopefully they will audit their customer service. I also noticed the lights that were hanging had not been cleaned for a while with a lot of dust building up on the hanging light wires.

Me and my boyfriend came here for dessert for our anniversary. The customer service is amazing, the staff are so nice and they even recommended us what we should get. The desserts and so amazing, we ordered the biscoff waffle and it was the best waffle we have ever had, it was amazing. The mocktails were very nice and refreshing. Would recommend for a sweet treat! The interior is also amazing, very modern and it gives off such a nice vibe. It is also very very clean.

The supervisor Amina treated us with amaizing hospitality and treated us with utmost care making us feel very welcome she also served us our food superfast which was heavily appreciated so if theres a reason i would come back, it would defintely be because of her. Definitely worthy of 5 star!!! Very Appreciated Amina.
