    I had the worst experience at heavenly today wasnt expecting the staff to come across so rude. I ordered a american banofee waffle when it came it had only 3 marshmallows on it like how stingy could a place can be. When we I mentioned it to the staff they didnt care to apologise but started justifying that it has always been just 3 marshmallows on a full american waffle. Also my friend had asked for cookie dough and we both tasted a little bit and it was not baked properly again when requested to remake the staff refused. Very poor customer service. Its a key thing in hospitality sector to listen to what a customer wants. Anyways at the end me and my friend wanted to split paymeny between us. I wanted to pay by cash and she wanted to by card again the refused to do that. I found that very awkward of them.

    Disgusted... i waited half an hour for someone to give me a menu. I came with my family at 2pm (when the shop opens, hoping it would be quiet) we were the first there. We were told to wait for 20 minutes whilst the person behind the till sets up. After waitind 35 minutes we left. We did approach her three times and her response was just give me 2 minutes. After the third attempt we left. There were two other families also waiting and fairly angry too. Not good enough.
