I found Salman rude, hostile and unprofessional. He turned up late to a viewing and didn’t bother apologising, then showed us only one of three properties we were meant to view despite all been in the same building. He lied about the condition of the flat he showed us, trying to convince us it was better than it clearly was- rundown and in need of TLC. He also then lied to another agent at a different company when I tried to view one of the properties with them by saying he showed us five properties. All talk, no walk. His colleagues are lovely but he puts the industry to shame.
