Knowledgeable and helpful, explained each step taken and why it was necessary. I would recommend this company to anyone at any time. Thank you Lucasz, your help was most appreciated. I'm putting Heatwave on speed dial in case of any more jobs that might come up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Edit: used Lukasz again when new appliance needed fitting. Previous supplier/fitter couldn't sort it. It was no problem for Lukasz, sorted quickly, efficiently and neatly. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thanks again Lukasz

Highly recommend plumbing services. They put all the pipes for a our new shower, vanity unit and toilet. Everything works amazingly. Job completed to a high standard and left the place clean and ready to use. Would definitely use again.

A neighbour could smell gas in the house and capped the meter. After contacting Lucasz he didn’t have a free appointments but as the majority of our appliances Lucasz came out. Lucasz arrived within the hour. He was a lovely, professional man. After introducing himself Lucasz immediately got to work. The gas leak was found and the gas source was capped and the appliance removed. Cabant had said it was a serious leak. Excellent service, a reliable, pleasant, knowledgeable person who identified the problem and solved it without any fuss. 10/10 I would recommend him to all my friends, family and beyond. Really nice bloke.
