Really efficient installation, work took 1 day and was booked to complete within 10 days from original visit. Really lovely fire, couldn't be fully finished at the time as our walls need some TLC but no problem in arranging to return to fit the beam. Flexible, prompt and left house very clean. Would happily recommend!

I was recommended by a good friend to use Heatsafe to install my log burner in my previous home. My experience with Paul and his team was amazing. The engineer who installed our log burner he was clean tidy and I felt he went the extra mile to do what needed to be done. Also which I hadn’t thought about at the time was our gas heating bills reduced dramatically! Since then we have moved to our new home and used Heatsafe again for our new log burner. Paul came up with a design solution to replace the open fire with a controllable wood burner which is much more economical to run and completely heat’s the downstair of the house. I have been so pleased with their service we have now installed a Faber gas fire into our kitchen which Paul designed and Kevin installed. It’s such a feature and talking point. In summary, I would whole heartedly recommended Heatsafe for design, knowledge, service and of course price.

Unfortunately I’m having to leave a negative review due to the reoccurring problems and service received from Paul and his team. Problems started at installation with missed appointments and the wrong burner being installed, this continued to the current day with another faulty hearth. Customer service and opportunities to resolve the problem end in missed appointments wasting our time waiting in with no communication and never arriving. Ineffective management, communication and faulty products.

Really impressed with these guys and the final out come is amazing can’t wait to start using it. We didn’t think it was even possible to put a log burner in our chimney. Due to how it had been filled in and constructed out. I am told it was not easy and I bet it wasn’t, but we really appreciate the efforts they went to to get it done. Job Well done.
