Worst company to contact its been 2 days trying to ring them over a faulty instant heater. The reason it's called instant is because it won't work more than an instance.. Its so bad we have just fitted another companies heater as these guys don't care for their customers.

They are a devil to get hold of in the evening. But if you can ring during the day as you should get answered pretty quickly. Spoke to Nick & Heather there who were both helpful, especially Heather. An Engineer is on his ways 2 days after I placed my call, which is pretty quick in my time scales.

I have been trying to contact the Heatrae Sadia’s technical customer support for 2 days now. They keep on transferring me to a line where nobody picks up, in one occasion I did wait for 2 whole hours, then I used my dads phone and again, no answer. If you think they will help you after you spend thousands with their products, you are totally mistaken. Also, their pricey 2k cylinder has no difference from another cylinder that cost £400. I will never recommend this brand to anyone else.

Terrible product quality, short warranty. Have thousands in heatrae sadia products (not my choice), electric boiler and two over sink hot water heaters. One hot water heater element failed within a year, the other has just had the valve fail and they won't replace it, and the heating thermostat they use died within two years, I was told because I didn't change the batteries quick enough..

The customer service of this company is seriously lacking! I have been on the phone for at least 50mins everyday trying to get through to support and no one answers the phone! Heatrae Sadia doesn't seem to care about customer service judging by the lack of response to all the negative comments on here.

Very poor service - booked an engineer to fix a Heatrae Sadia hot water system and even though the engineer immediately found the fault and had the parts he cant fix it because and i quote 'it was booked as a service not a repair'. The person i spoke to had been told it was a faulty central heating system. Happy to pay for the parts or any extras but no i have to arrange yet another appointment. Also if it get asked one more time if id like to take out the extended warranty i wont hold back.
