Booking the appointment was easy. The person showed up on time to look at my property, and was very friendly. So no complaints there, but ever since then they have been terrible at communicating. I was promised a quote for cavity wall and loft insulation 1 week ago. I have written several emails, rang the company but still have had no response, or any indication if/ when they will provide a quote for the work.

Callum gave us good advice and we were very grateful as other companies did not want to help has the job was to small and it wasn't cost effective. We just had Callum from Heatpac to survey our home for cavity wall insulation. He was on time, very polite and I was pleasantly surprised by his honesty. He advised that our property was unsuitable for the type of insulation they use and advised us to look for another company using a different system. I'm sure less scrupulous companies would have still taken on the work and charged over the odds. I'm disappointed that we can't use Heatpac, but very grateful for their honest advice. Thank you.
