This practice is designed and staffed by Michael from the Bad Place. I've been with this practice since childhood (2006-2022) and they've given me so much medical trauma. Also impossible to get an appointment. The phone call Hunger Games isn't accessible to disabled people so we end up with no access to healthcare. The receptionist was scary and unhelpful when I needed help with the NHS app. They said it didn't exist, even though I'd gotten a letter about it and it definitely exists because the C0VID era made it mandatory. I was denied my own log-in details so I still can't log in. I can tick "gaslit by a receptionist" off my bucket list. 🤣 I had one doctor call me a liar when I said that my mother was abusive. It was sensitive information I'd never shared before and it made me s*icid*l on the way home. They mistook my Autistic body language as deception. Another doctor gave me a long, useless lecture about how I should just try to do things, after I'd already said that I can't do various tasks because of disability. I don't enjoy having more violence perpetrated against me. They have no training in dealing with minority neurotypes and will actively harm you. Yet another doctor dismissed my lifelong structural heart problem as female anxiety, so I still have no information on this issue. It's harmful when you muster up the courage to seek help & communicate something, only to be told you're imagining it. I recently had a dangerous arrhythmia that threatened cardiac arrest and I can't help thinking about the doctor that gaslit me about it. I've had a cumulative total of about 2 positive experiences in 16 years of being at the practice. My new one in Nottingham is a utopia in comparison. It's like this practice doesn't care about you and actively wants to hurt you.

Incompetent receptionists who are hired as gatekeepers to stop you seeing a G.P. New patients are being registered when the centre is unable to provide care and appointments to the patients already registered. This medical centre used to be great a few years ago.Covid has ruined getting to see a G.P

Waited over 30mins to get answer we are fully booked and do the e-consult or ring back tomorrow. They need to understand Not everyone can use the online booking page and find it difficult. Feel like I’m bullied over the phone, not the best experience but there is no other option but to follow what the reception staff say

Rung to get my poorly son checked by a doctor and was told no appointments left so someone would call me back. Doctor rang back prescribed medication over phone and asked which chemist should they send it to then it was sent to a different chemist who didn’t have the medication in stock. Just sums this place up hopefully will be moving the family to another surgery.

Absolute joke of a Doctors. Try to ring up and you get hung up on whilst in a que. On the rare occasion you can get a hold of them they tell you to ring them back later or that they’ll ring you back that day but never do. The receptionist is beyond rude and lacks any compassion and respect. My family have been medically neglected, They have failed to provide any standard of care as is their duty. I will be reporting them.
