Telephone appointment booked after much stress trying to only see a doctor. Appointment booked a month in advance for a fixed time. Sat waiting 10mins before and an hour after. No call came. A call came around 1.5hours later when I was in another meeting. Another call came 2 hours later and I finally managed to speak with a doctor. There was no apology and the doctor I spoke to gave me a very awful attitude that of course I should just be waiting all day for the call and apparently I should of known they don’t stick to appointment times. Whatever system this is - it’s doesn’t work and absolutely abhorrent that we are dealt with like this. Something needs to change within this practice, it’s never been as bad as what it is now. Bring back Lamb and Atkinson!
