Please stay away from this dentist. My mother has gone twice and each time they have been awful and very very rude. One of the dentists didn’t know what they was doing and made my mums gums bleed and this has never happened to her before!!! They then went on to ignoring her and having a rude attitude and this made her feel too anxious to even ask any questions. The receptionists they have are very dopey and don’t even know what they are doing. I will be taking my complaints further but please do not attend this dentist.

Absolute joke is this practice. Staff are rude, appointments never available and some of the Dentists do more damage than good. One of the dentists destroyed my tooth as he was too incompetent for the job! Avoid this place at all costs!

Not even worth the 1 star after my experience. I had a tooth removed by the surgeon here who shattered areas of the jaw bone. I've been in extreme pain. They referred me to another dental practice who have referred me to St Lukes who advise waiting list is 1 month plus. Absolutely appalling!

Reality is the dentists and nurses are under qualified. For simple check ups yes you may get away with it however anything slightly complex they break a sweat. Since September I have been in agony because of my tooth. They have been sending me in circles, finally I decided to go private and all I needed was a root canal. Inadequate even for the Toller Ward standards reform is required unfortunately some practices only learn the hard way. Poor service always results into severe consequences.
