Boiler stopped working and I started to panic as I have little ones at home and it being cold etc. Looked on the vailiant boiler web site to find a vaillant boiler expert and "HeatME Plumbers" came to the rescue! same day fix and even chucked in a free service (which has made a massive difference! I've had to turn down the temperature for the water and heating as it running more efficiently) and just before the little ones got back from nursery and school! Thanks Vinney! I had a plumber booked for the following week to look at a few issues. I rearranged my schedule as it was the only day they could do. I rang a couple of days before hand to confirm. On the day there was no sign of them. I rang and they hung up on me immediately. I texted and also left a message but they did not show up nor respond. Late that night I got a text to say they were too busy to come. I then asked to reschedule but not heard form them since. I understand that sometimes things go wrong and appointments need to be postponed. But to not call or text or reply to any of my chasing to let someone know who is waiting in for you all day is unacceptable. Maybe they're great plumbers...but I'll never know. So if you want a plumber that will turn up, or at the very least, let you know if they're not coming, then I'd try someone else.
