The old woman at the post office needs to be sacked, no manners, not pleasant at all. And that scale they weigh the parcels on is either tampered with or they need a new one. I always weigh my parcels before going to the PO only for that rude old lady to tell me it was over the weight which was impossible and the way she spoke to me was so unpleasant and unprofessional . I took my parcel to another PO and it was the correct weight and was posted, no hassle.
