Ah yes, the infamous place where parcels either disappear off the face of the Earth or gets held back for an eternity, or both. Sadly, I, too, had the misfortune of having two of my parcels shipped for Canada wounded up there and for three weeks counting, yet I was very accurate on the information I wrote into the customs forms. Don't even think about contacting customer service. They'll just tell you the same ol balderdash you've probably seen or heard hundreds of times. If you ever have your parcels end up here for a while, the only thing you can do is pray that it eventually makes its way to you or the recipient.
