    Just returned from holiday using valet parking for 14 days. You can imagine my shock to find 2 large scratches on my passenger side rear door (15cm+). Too which I have had a reply which states they are not responsible. Disgraceful by company. Definitely don't use them. Part response from company (Chelsea) Whilst I can appreciate the distress caused, after investigating we can confirm that we are not responsible for any of the damage to your vehicle. There is an image we attached to show your vehicle upon entry to the pick up area. There is no damage able to be seen and as such is not conclusive to Valet Parking Services. DON'T USE
