Very rude personnel on Aegean A3 609 18/05. Chill guys you want get promotion for charging the people! Ryanair is more flex than you! My hand bag was 11kg instead of 8kg. I explained to the staff they there were fragile stuff for my wedding in 2 days and they were still insisting to give it away! Out of all the plane that back was to go to the underground space of the plane! Rude and ironic staff making rules out of their mind!

What an aggressive, discriminatory luggage handler , particularly the woman called Cathy! She chose who to charge excess fees to based on the look of them and not the weight of their bag. When I asked her her name, she pointed her finger in my face and replied “you don’t need to know that!” Funnily her colleagues told me and commented “a little bit of power has gone to her head’. A completely awful member of your staff, giving your company a bad reputation….

I came here to do a large post nord delivery from direct link, as soon as the staff member saw the large amount of paper work in my hands he started moaning at me. Everytime I come here nearly all the staff members behind the counter are so rude to me and my colleagues. Rude and unprofessional and very ill mannered. I don't like coming here anymore because of the rude and horrible staff members behind the counter, nothing ever seems to change with this place and I hope karma teaches these rude staff behind the counter a lesson!!!!
