Contacted Ponds UK to move Koi as part of a house move from Essex to Wales. Despite lots of changes to the move date and plan, Darren was really supportive. The team that moved the fish were excellent (obviously "fish" people) as you could see they really cared about the fishes' welfare, giving good advice on what to do in the new location etc. I would fully recommend this company.
