They don't bother picking up the phone.. EVER!! & If you try walk in to book, they'll tell you call in to book! Seriously disgraceful. You can be on hold for 1 hour and your still the 4th person in the queue!

This place needs to close down and use the money elsehwhere.They dont do anything for there customers.The doctors and receptionist are so rude its unbelievable! They dont even book your blood test for you and ask stupid questions. So stressful! I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE YOU 1 STAR!!!!!!!!

Only if i could give zero star, staff are very rude and don't help you whatsoever, no appointments when needed, if need any advice or help they only say sorry we can't help you. Getting bad day by day. Such a shame.
