What an amazing day! It was one of the best experiences we have ever done. I really didn't know what to expect when I booked it but, it was more than amazing. The crocodiles were so friendly... Like angry looking little puppies that liked to cuddle! The staff were really friendly and took a lot of time after the crocodile swim to allow us to hold a lot of the repltiles...My 3 year old hasn't stopped talking about it and even told me he's going to "dream about the crocodiles" tonight. We're actually looking into getting our own chameleon because we fell in love with the one we held there.. (We would've liked a crocodile but I don't think my chihuahua would be very happy 🤣) I really would recommend this place to anyone.

What a fantastic time we all had. I love animals and been on many animals experiences, this one was by far the best. Held Meerkats and an alligator. Wendy is gorgeous and impressive. Was an absolute privilege to meet her. All the staff are very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Well worth a visit. We will all be back soon. Thank you all, for giving us a great time !!!!!

My best friend and I had our experience yesterday and were, quite frankly, completely blown away by it. Hugely knowledgeable staff who are, quite clearly, very passionate about what they do : ensuring the health and welfare of the animals but also providing information to educate us on these incredible animals and other reptiles. To be in a pool with 3 crocs is a truly humbling experience. We managed to have lovely cuddles with Ally and Tiger Lily. Tinkerbell prefered just to be in the water and that was just fine. We were chuffed just being there. They are incredibly intelligent and completely misunderstood. Cuddling and rocking Ally like a baby was just ..... wow ......mind blowing. Another first for us both was holding a snake and it wasnt a small one either. The staff are keen for you to get as much out of your experience as possible. So an educational tour follows the swim where you come face to face with numerous venonmous snakes from around the world, a visit with Wendy and, within reason, they allow you to handle whatever you like on the shop floor. Huge thanks and well done to Reptile Zone, it really was such an incredible and unforgettable experience. I will definitely be back as, having seen all my pics, my two oldest grandchildren now want to go.

Ignore the Name, It’s my Old email name ahahah. Overall this place is a must visit. I have loved crocodiles and reptiles for years and in the uk especially the north. They’re not too easy to come by. This place was fantastic. Brilliant staff, very knowledgeable and had answers to all questions I posed on them. Definitely recommend for family’s. Couples or even yourself if you fancy holding an alligator. The Fella that runs the place is such a nice guy and very easy to chat too

What an amazing experience. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Maisey was a fantastic host, sorry for knocking your can of monster over. Meeting and basically cuddling Ali-G, Tinkerbell and Tiger-Lily is something we will remember for a very long time. Even though they are technically apex predators, they were so damn cute. The tour was amazing too. To see all those venomous snakes up close, albeit behind toughened glass, was mind blowing. Having a cuddle with Tyson the iguana, and my wife having snuggles with Utterly Buttetly the Burmese python, was the best end to an amazing visit. I can honestly say we will be back for another visit soon. Thank you all for making this a truly memorable experience. You guys rock 🤘🏻

An absolutely fantastic day. The Meerkats were lovely. We had a tour round the Reptiles. The Alligators were amazing to watch. We held a baby Alligator. Photos with the meerkats given to us. The Staff were very knowledgeable and very Friendly. Will be back to see you again soon.

Came this afternoon for the Meerkat experience for my cousin in laws hen do, had such an amazing time, staff and volunteers were amazing and so knowledgeable. We were made to feel so welcome. Even got to hold an alligator as an extra!! If you are thinking of booking, do it!! No regrets, it was a memorable experience and top class hospitality from the team.

At the reptile zone we done the croc swim which was a great experience. We were able to swim in an outdoor pool with 3 different crocs of different sizes, all of which were extremely tame, friendly and didn’t mind us holding them. The young girl that led our experience was very helpful and knowledgeable, and made the experience a great time. There was also an abundance of different snakes and lizards that we got to view afterwards, plus got to hold a massive python! Would recommend the experience to anyone, something totally unique. All the staff were friendly, helpful and hardworking.

Me and my Girlfriend went there yesterday and the whole team was absolutely amazing, seeing and holding animals expecially the crocodiles was absolutely out of this world and my girlfriend swam with the crocs too and learning more bout these animals is absolutely fantastic. I have recommended Crocs R Us to some of my friends already and would defo recommended them to anyone and everyone. Will defo go back again.

Excellent care and support from all the staff and reptile zone - especially Chris and the owner. They were kind enough to support me in the feeding of my stubborn hognose snake that I had bought from the store earlier in the year. They took my snake in the store and has provided care for the last few weeks to get her eating again. Once again, thank you for the support and ongoing customer care. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for affordable reptiles (+ supplies) and trustworthy husbandry advice from knowledgeable staff.
