This is by far the best school (out of 3) ive been to! Ive now moved into secondary school and i absolutely HATE it! It makes me realise really how engaging the lessons were, how nice the kids were, how well they discipline the children which also means that the kids are so nice. Its like a family, regardless of age everyone plays together! And what my parents and i loved is that during lockdown we had online school, so we could keep on learning, and they were properly teaching us too. Unfortunately i do not keep in contact with most of my friends who are now in year 6 but they were so nice, and for the whole 2 years i was there i never had any issues with anyone being rude, mean etc. I also am probably a little below average in maths because i really struggle to complete and remember things, but at Heathcote, they actually improved my skills! I was still a little lower than my classmates (who are a year younger than me) but had done very well! THANK YOU SO MUCH HEATHCOTE, I MISS YOU!!! 💖💖💖💖❤❤

My children really love the school and they even say that they don't want to leave the school. They have made such lovely friends who are always so kind to them, they really appreciate the teacher's help and enjoy the lessons very much. They have only been in the school for 2 years and a few months, they love it so much, and always come back home with a smile on their faces.

We recently moved out of London to Danbury and our daughter has started in year 2 at Heathcote. It was a big move for us and for our little girl but Heathcote staff made it so easy. The school itself is outstanding with a lot of individual attention given to children.Swimming classes once a week is part of the school day which is brilliant. Our daughter loves all the clubs and enjoys the wholesome lunch provided at school. The teachers are excellent and always happy to help. With both parents working full time the twilight clubs are a blessing. I must add that the school and staff are willing to go out of their way to do what’s best for your child. Special thanks to Mrs Scott and Mrs Hay there! If you’re looking for a nurturing, independent prep school look no further - Heathcote it is! Oh and the uniforms are super smart!

Having joined the school at the beginning of our eldest daughter's start of year 2, we have been happy with the progress she has made. Having struggled at her previous state primary school, where she was merely 'chivvied' along, she now has the additional help she needs and the small class sizes are a great benefit to this. Now our youngest is at the school too, she is coming on leaps and bounds and they are both definitely in the right place to maximise their learning potential.

Heathcote School has been amazing start for both our children our son has now moved on to his next adventure Senior School. Heathcote School offered our children a warm, friendly and nurturing atmosphere. The small classes enabled our children to have the upmost focus in their education which meant they could reach their full potential. During lockdown it was amazing how the teaching continued and how the teachers make the children feel confident to express themselves even though they were not in a classroom. The Heathcote Team of teachers, assistants ,office staff right through to the kitchen staff and all those people behind the scenes is what makes Heathcote a family and one that I’m glad my family has been a part of.

We love Heathcote! We have a daughter in Nursery and Son in Year 1 both of which are so happy and settled here. Every teacher knows every child and vice versa which gives it such a personal touch. Lockdown was made a lot easier with the online lessons each day and the added bonus of seeing their teacher and friends online everyday. My daughter was slightly behind with her vocabulary when she began at the start of the year but the headteacher went out of her way to call me and talk through my anxieties. She is now a chatterbox and so confident, she’s like a different child. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Heathcote to anyone.

Our daughter first attended the Nursery at Heathcote and has now moved up into the school. She always skips into school with a smile! We are so happy with the small classes and individual focus that she gets day to day. Heathcote makes sure the children are consistently interacting across the ages which makes the older children feel responsible and the younger ones feel included and special. We also love how nurturing and family oriented the school is. We are very happy and so is our daughter!

We moved schools to join Heathcote in 2020 and what a brilliant time we have all had as a family. The girls have a smile in their faces and have enjoyed being part of the entire Heathcote family. Everyone is very welcoming and made us feel as we belonged here. The school provides a nurturing environment to its students. Thank you Heathcote.

I completed my Heathcote journey several years ago and have found that it shaped who I am today. The amazing teachers and whole familial atmosphere created has helped me to shape my future, and I would not be as successful as I am today without the support and encouragement from Heathcote, particularly the extra care put into the creative arts and music. A lot of my fond memories centre around the many musicals and concerts we were encouraged to participate in.
