Purchased the William Morris 2021 Dove and Rose Advent Calender and absolutely love it. The contents are varied and of high quality - the scents of the bath products, in particular, are lovely. One of the best advent calendars I've seen over the years, and we've had many in our house. It's streets ahead of some of the bigger brand cosmetic advent offerings. The customer service team also went above and beyond on replacing one faulty item very quickly - couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

I had ordered a couple of items for my wife for Christmas and they duly arrived in the timescale promised ( 1 week before Xmas ), however there was an incorrect item. They got onto it straight away, and sent the missing item out by courier service, so I had it in plenty of time, and told me to keep the wrong item. Very impressive, excellent customer service - would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.
