I use heathcoat fabrics quite regularly and I am usually very happy with the service and the products. Unfortunately after a visit to the shop this morning with my mum we were greeted by a rude and sullen member of staff who was yet again rude when my mum asked for some help. We will not be using the shop again which is a shame as I like to support local businesses.
