Just had a new front door from Heath and I couldn't be happier with the service throughout. The sales advisor Max was highly informative, listened to what I wanted and I did not feel pushed at any point towards products I did not need. The surveyor who sized up the door fitting was knowledgable and friendly. Rhys and Santino who fit the door were outstanding. They were polite, clean, and punctual. In fact every person who I have had contact with throughout the process had arrived on time, to the minute. It was not a cheap service, but you pay for quality and I cannot fault what i've received in the slightest. In addition to that, were I to run into any problems, the level of support/aftercare they provide for their products leaves me worry free if anything were to come up. Couldn't be happier.

I have just had Graphite Windows throughout, a French Door and a new London Door and I am absolutely thrilled with each and every one of them. The quality is outstanding and have given my house such a lovely makeover….it looks like a different house!! The majority of my work was carried out by James who was assisted by Tristan. What wonderful employees you have Heath Windows!! Experts at their jobs, polite, courteous and very respectful of my home. The attention to detail is fantastic too and nothing was too much trouble. One very happy customer here and I would highly recommend Heath Windows to Friends and Family. The service provided by everyone involved in the process from the ladies in the office, Max the salesman, the surveyor and Richie and his team of fitters was excellent. The installation team did a wonderful job, always arriving on time, cleaning up each day, ensuring everything was finished to a high standard and were very friendly. I researched a few companies before having my front and back doors replaced, and heath stood out from the rest. Now the job's completed, it's easy to see why. Heath were friendly and helpful throughout. From my first visit to their showroom, through to choosing the door styles, glass and paint finish, the team were exceptional. Max came round for the initial consultation and he took time to go through all my options leaving no question unanswered. He was friendly and chattu and when he left I knew i was in good hands. From ordering until installation took around 5 weeks and three of the Heath lads came out to fit in a day. Richie, Chudd and Jay were excellent. Friendly, organised, efficient and clean - they did a wonderful job and I am so pleased with my new doors. A few days later, Nick came round to finish off some filling. He went above and beyond, even filling a couple of areas round the skirting which weren't even related to the door fitting. He loves a good chat too! I will certainly be using Heath again when I get round to replacing my windows in the future, and i wholeheatedly recommend them to anyone wanting a seamless and premium doors and window fittingh service.
