Really impressed with this company in particular Sheraz. We needed a home buyers survey doing in a short time period and Sheraz made sure it happened when many others said it wasn’t possible. He even did this battleing against really bad weather conditions including a couple of inches of snow on the day. Sheraz delivered the extremely detailed report and followed it up with a phone call to make sure we were happy and we understood everything. Sheraz Shah was instructed by myself to survey a property I was buying. He duly noted my own concerns whilst providing me with a very detailed report highlighting significant issues which required further legal clarification which we were not aware of. These issues were not declared by the vendor or the property listing and could’ve easily been missed. This advise allowed me to negotiate a significant reduction in the property price but also gave me the peace of mind of knowing how to equip myself with the knowledge of how to deal with the remedial work that needed to be carried out as well as any potential future legal implications. Sheraz was also very helpful after I’d received the report providing guidance and reassurance where needed and clarification to queries highlighted by my solicitor. Overall a great service and I wouldn’t hesitate on recommending Sheraz to family and friends.

I would thoroughly recommend Sheraz and YPS. I requested a level 3 survey. Communication was excellent throughout. Sheraz went out of his way to be accommodating, including arranging the survey to be done on a weekend which is usually his non working day. He even rang me on a Sunday to discuss the survey. The survey report itself was thorough and highlighted issues we weren't aware of. We had several questions about certain points in the report which Sheraz was more than happy up answer. I would absolutely use Sheraz's services again and would readily recommend him to friends and family.
