For anyone who is scared if going into a scanner for whatever reason please dont be. I attended Heath lodge clinic today and was greeted by a lovely young man who was very kind and friendly, Ithe scanner is quite small and not scary at all, i kept my eyes closed all the while i was in the scanner as i am a bit claustrophobic and the 20 minutes in there went really fast ,a very easy scan and the staff are lovely I absolutely reccomend this clinic thank you to the lovely staff

I attended Heath Lodge Clinic at the end of March 2023 for an MRI scan. The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The radiographer clearly explained everything that would be happening and I was very much put at ease. I would highly recommend, and will definitely use again if more imaging is needed.

I have been to Heath Lodge on a couple of occasions for both an MRI and an Ultrasound. At both visits I found the clinic itself to be immaculately clean and all the staff from bookings, to reception and the radiographers who did my scans, friendly and caring, yet professional. My reports were expedited to my referrers within the time frame quoted to me and were very detailed and thorough which enabled a swift plans moving forward. Thank you for your kind attentions in both matters.

Early February 2023, I saw Mr Harland at Little Aston to discuss relief of chronic Sciatic pain in my right leg, with a view to having an injection in the root of my Sciatic nerve at an initial consultation cost of £250 , with a further £950 for the procedure Although the subsequent procedure at Heath Lodge Clinic was very professional, my leg now feels worse than before I went, and I am having to take regular strong painkillers to cope. I was told I would have to pay to see Mr Harland again in a months time for a follow-up appointment Overall i am very unhappy with the outcome for a cost to date of £1200 !

Myself and my family have used Heath lodge over the years and we cannot recommend them more highly for diagnostic scanning services. They offer very competitive pricing and a quick turnaround on scan reports - just what you want when you are suffering from a problem and you want answers. And they are always so very helpful - from the reception staff to the scanning staff. The clinic also seem to continually invest in their equipment and facilities. Definitely one of the best in the Midlands at what they do.

We were kept waiting in the car park for over 1 hour 10 minutes (told to for the MRI) and nobody called us !!! After 3 attempts (us making the calls) finally we were asked to come in. Very disappointing when someone could have kept us informed. Don’t mind waiting but hate being ignored !!!! It’s a phone call or an SMS that would have been fine. Hopefully not a regular place we have to visit as could easily fall out with this place. We all have things to do and can you imagine if we were late !!!! Not impressed at all.

Our experience at Heath Lodge was excellent. Staff immediately put my partner at ease as well as treating him with respect. Every aspect of the scan was explained to him and the procedure was not started until the staff were sure that my partner was comfortable. Due to my partner been very nervous they even let me stay with him during his scan. I highly recommend Heath Lodge to anyone who suffers with claustrophobia.
