My go to Post Office even though there are ones closer to me. The ladies are always extremely friendly going out of their way to help out with either reducing posting costs, helping secure parcels and assisting with technological issues 🤣

The lady behind the post office counter gave me some advice after returning a item, I couldn't get any response from the seller, she advised me to contact my bank, I did and was refunded by my bank. If it wasn't for her I would have lost £169 . If I could rate her I,d give her 10 stars thank you.

Amazing staff! So helpful and kind. Make the effort to ask how you are! Nothing is to much trouble for them, they go above and beyond to help you! I go every week now as Made to feel so welcome as need to post things constantly. Honestly best post office been to, so helpful! There was a woman crying in the the other day, a customer they got her tissues and made sure she was settled before leaving. Cant imagine other shops or post offices doing the same. They actually care about there customers! Love it there!
