FAQ

How do you source your honey and ensure its quality?

At Heath Farm, we source our honey from our own bee hives and from local beekeepers who share our commitment to ethical and sustainable beekeeping practices. We ensure the quality of our honey by regularly testing it for purity and by avoiding any artificial additives or processes.

What types of honey do you offer and what are the differences between them?

We offer a range of honey types, including wildflower, acacia, and lavender. The differences between these types lie in the nectar source of the bees, which gives the honey its unique flavor and color. Wildflower honey, for example, is made from a variety of nectar sources and has a complex, floral taste.

Do you offer any organic or raw honey options?

Yes, we offer both organic and raw honey options. Our organic honey is certified by the Soil Association and our raw honey is unpasteurized and unfiltered, preserving all of the natural enzymes and nutrients of the honey.

Can you provide information on the sustainability practices used in your honey production?

We are committed to sustainable beekeeping practices and work to minimize our impact on the environment. This includes using natural methods to treat our bees for diseases, avoiding the use of pesticides and chemicals in our hives, and promoting biodiversity in our local area.

What is your return policy for honey products?

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with our honey products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange.

TOP FIND. "Stop the car!" yelled my teenager, "There's a farm!" so we went back and had a look. Basically just a small farm shop at the entrance to a small farm. £30 pound later and we're driving away with generous-sized rump and sirloin steaks, the best cheddar we'd ever sampled, frozen 'cracked-pepper and salt' beef burgers, a box of eggs and the best caramelised red onion sausages we've tasted. Well done to my daughter for a top find, totally unexpected and we'll be going back again. You can see the steak being cut right there, standards appear to be high and you won't get fresher. Friendly, honest service with a smile and helpful advice. A lovely working couple

Ordered a 5kg turkey some weeks ago and when I went to pick it up after waiting 30 min in the rain today, I was told that all the turkeys had grown too big and that I would have to accept a 5kg crown instead. Not impressed and refused the offer. My deposit was returned. Wont be returning to this supplier for a bit I am afraid.

An excellent farm shop. Mainly sells really high quality meat, and possibly the best cheddar cheese you'll ever taste. Very friendly, and you can order particular cuts if they don't have them available. Meat from supermarkets just doesn't compare.

Awesome place with great selection of different meats. Beef sausages are amazing and the Rib Eye is better than several local butchers. Highly recommend!
